        Long live English! The universal language of the world which binds every among the nations. English- the unique evolving language of all time. For this month, let us celebrate, cheer and have fun with English.

As the theme says-" Upholding English Proficiency for Communicative Competence", let us upgrade our skills and language provenience in this language. Dear Filipinos, with our sufficient knowledge let us create a proficient learning of English which we can show to the world.

        Among nations, communication is embarked by English. We must be proficient for a better competence as we use it in communicating to other races in the world. A lot of things would be on a better way through English. Though still needing a lot of room for our improvement let us be proficient enough to communicate in the language of English. As we celebrate the English Month, let us also cherish and appreciate this language.
